Director's Message

Nika Oakes has been an educator for 16 years. She has been a teacher, school counselor, and administrator and brings with her a range of CTE experience. A Vermont resident for a decade now, Nika moved to the Green Mountains with her family in search of a peaceful place to raise her son. Most recently, Nika has been the Assistant Principal at Claremont Middle School, Director of Adult Education, the Sugar River Valley Regional Technical Center Career Counselor, and School Counselor in the Claremont, NH School District. She is thrilled to be the future Director of the Randolph Technical Career Center and looks forward to working with the students, staff, and community members. In her spare time, you can find Nika at an antique store, listening to audiobooks, or spending time with her dog, Snow.
